Birria Tacos
Cook 2 to 4 pound Beef roast in slow cooker with a 12oz can of lager beer on low for 8 hours.
Once cooked, pull meat from slow cooker & chop or fork shred. Put meat back in the juices in the slow cooker and add 1 packet of Los Bandidos Rojas & mix well.
On a hot skillet lay out tortillas of choice, put a small amount of cheese on tortilla & add some of the meat mixture, add more cheese, some finely chopped onion, a little lettuce and cilantro, fold closed & cook on both side till firm.
Put some juice from the slow cooker into a small cup for dipping the tacos in.
Serve with sliced limes and more onion & cilantro sprinkled on the tacos.
Red Chicken
Cut 3 chicken breasts into large bite size pieces
brown in a dutch oven or heavy bottomed pan.
Add 1 rough chopped sweet onion, juice of a lemon.
Add 1 packet of Los Bandidos Rojo Sauce and simmer while your rice is cooking.
During the last few minutes of simmering add 1 tablespoon corn starch to thicken up the sauce.
Serve over your favorite rice & eat with torn tortillas.

Verde Mac & Cheese
An easy way to spice up your favorite mac & cheese, add a packet of Los Bandidos Hot or Mild Verde Sauce when you mix your cheese mixture with your macaroni.
Verde Chicken Casserole
Grab a rotisserie chicken, a 30 pack of corn tortillas, several packets of 4 cheese blend and a can of cream of chicken with spices.
Pull the chicken from the bone & shred, mix the shredded chicken with the can of cream of chicken.
Make a packet of Los Bandidos Hot or Mild Verde sauce per packet directions and mix 3/4 of it into the chicken mixture. Lightly coat tortillas with remaining Verde Sauce and cover the bottom of your 9 x 11 pan. Spread a layer of chicken mixture over the tortillas & then cover with cheese, repeat layers until all the chicken mixture is used. Use remaining cheese to fully cover the top & bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
